Subaru!! Help!! Q

Hey everyone so i have a 1999 Impreza RX Wagon, i have also noticed that i have a squeaking noise coming from what i believe is the front of the car. When i press the brake pedal in the tiniest bit, the noise stops. It also only seems to start up after the car warms up. As i a 18 year old, in a ****ty job. I dont have much money. Can i fix this myself? How?
Note: its not the Brake wear indicators! Because the sound is there when there is no pressure on the pedal..

Tried not freaking out, doing one post and waiting for a little for a reply instead of posting the exact same thing 5 different damned times? Rule 15.
