A strange sound

I've got a strange scraping sound coming from what sounds like the front right wheel on my 2002 wrx. I can hear it when driving slow, going over bumps. Also when i step on the brake, or start back up from a stop. It's almost like I can hear it whenever the weight of the car is shifting. I'm wondering if it might just be coming from one of the shocks. I don't hear any clicking, loud noises, smell anything, or hear anything when I'm driving along at a constant speed. Any ideas?

With the car parked, try pushing down on the front right fender and letting it pop back up. Do it a bunch of times and if you can hear the noise then I would imagine its something with your front right supsension.
