Question About Towing Liability From Another Forum
This question was raised in another forum, and while Im sure alot of people are members of both, I thought it would be interesting to see what the response to the question would be here
Anyway the question is, does removing or not having an "AWD" sticker on your subbie negate the liability of towing services if they don't properly tow your vehicle?
What do you all think?

I can't see why removing the AWD stickers negates the towers responsibility.
My thoughts are... not all the AWD/4WD vehicles have stickers saying they are so equipped. I would think any licensed tow operator would be knowledgeable of what vehicle requirements are. I would also take the precaution to TELL them if that is at all possible. Even a note on the window would be a thought.
