intercooler for L wagon?
hey everyone,
i have a 2000 impreza L sport wagon and its just slow. im lookin into puttin an intercooler on it but i am totally confused on how id put it in. is it possible to just put it in place of my radiator or is it just not a possibility? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the impreza L is naturally aspirated so unless you're planning on bolting on a turbo on and upgrading some of your engine internals an intercooler won't do you any good. If you want more power from a naturally aspirated engine I'd recommend upgrading your exhaust possibly an underdrive pulley set. If you want more info on this stuff or other mods for your car look around the non-turbo powerplant forum.
