Clutch as a mechanism for bring things together as well. It could be taken both routes, I'm just trying to be Crafty here. Spark some interest more than anything. Stuff has been weak in terms of planning and commumication. What better way to get things going than having a member of the planning committee loose his mind.

Anyways, as for the name, Clutch is a little out there...how about a word a little more down to earth..
