Or how about we have a vote on it... I'll cross post it in all the west coast chapters since I'm a staff member and I have permission to do so.
Lets let this thread stay for a day or so... Let people come up with names, and when we get a good idea of names, we'll vote. Sound good?

I truly think that if we want the funding and sponsorship with potential to grow larger, the BAIC makes it sound like a local meet. Trying to get national recognition with a local name is going to be tough. We get the people but not the sponsors. We need the sponsors, recognition. Wicked big was Drive Magazine this month. Ours is larger. why weren't we in there? See what I mean?

Or how about we just remove any sense of geographical direction out of the name and just keep it really simple and call it
AIM "Annual I-Club Meet", or the Annual I-Club Meet", held in the San Francisco Bay Area, blah blah blah... And Call it "AIM I'm sure our graphic designers could have some fun with that acronym.

Technically it's a small purse, not a "handbag" as I wrote before.
Also, since there is already a "West Coast Subaru Show" i would suggest avoiding starting with West Coast in the title of your event.
