front sensor//sti intake on wrx prob
I took my car (WRX '02) to the dealership for my 75K maint. This past winter I installed an STI air intake, ever since, the check engine light has been on. ( i assume this is because of the intake)
anyways the dealer calls me and asks about the check engine light, they said they hooked it up to the computer and found that i need a new front sensor.....parts and labor for 320$, i told em not to bother because i think its because of the intake.....
any suggestions about what to do? get the front sensor replaced? not do it? is it fine as is?
thanks for your responses...

You may have damaged your MAF sensor when installing the intake. Try putting your stock unit back on and see what happens. If the CEL is still there, I'd get the new sensor.
