Broken gearbox my car wont go into gear when started 2006 sti

Hey guys okay so today I was driving my 06 Sti and I recently installed an act street 6 puck sprung clutch and act streetlight flywheel in June. Ever since I installed that the flywheel would rattle really hard when taking off but it was fine. So today I decide to launch my car and my car won't go Into gear when it's on but when I shut it off it goes in and out of gear fine and if try to put it in gear and then start it it won't start. And then if I turn the key back into the off position it's hard to get it out of first gear to put it back Into neutral I have to yank it hard to get it out. What could of possible happened I had to get the car towed.

Sounds like the clutch was installed incorrectly, had a flaw or was abused. Most likely cracked the pressure plate. You should have stopped trying to drive it as soon as it started making noise because that just made it worse.

at the VERY least, NOT launch your car. lol. IMO, that was pretty....questionable... but im with GG, sounds like incorrect install. anything from a flywheel bolt not torqued, to clutch and friction disc not being aligned properly. COULD also be an internal tranny issue. check your fluid? GL with fixes! hopefully nothing major major
