ver 7 sti gearbox swap into my02 wrx

i have recently purchased a ver 7 gearbox and have been reading about the swap. I read somewhere that you have to convert the clutch from push type to pull. I was wondering how hard this was. Any info on this would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rance

like the boys above said, double check your trannies country of origin....some Euro trannies came with 3.54 gears like the USDM WRX, so all you'd have to do is get a shorter prop shaft.....If it's a JDM tranny than you must use an STi rear end, including hubs, axles, e-brake shoes, rotors, backing plates, 2 pots, etc.....or you can cheat and use an older 3.9 diff from another Subaru......

good luck,
