alarm chirp 04 wrx
I have on 04 wrx with the upgraded security.When activating the alarm the car used to chirp to indicate that the alarm is now active.Lately its been intermittently chirping only.Does anyone know what can be causing this?Thank you

There is a silent arm function that you might be accidentally using. I'm in Japan now so I can't check but look at the instructions that came with the key fob to see how to activate/inactivate the silent funx. Good luck.

I disabled my chirp on my 2004 by:
1.) Press unlock once
2.) Press both (unlock and lock) for 2 seconds
The key fob actually should have the instructions on the back, that is where these came from. Hope this helps!!!
