04, how much more?
Hey guys im looking into a WRX and I know the 04s are coming soon, Im just wondering how much they are going to be going for?
I plan on purchasing between now and sometime before this winter but im not sure if I would rather have the 03 or the 04 model, I like the pics of the 04 but havent seen in person, Im just curious if the new ones are going to be a lot more, seems that the 03s are priced to rid of, I found one for 21.9k which seems good but should I wait for an 04 or will i end up paying 26-30k? I dont want to wait if the 03s are all gone and the new ones are 5-6k more.
Thanks Brandon

Talked to Local Dealer yesterday, he quoted $22K for '03 up front. He also said he could do me an '04 for "in the region of $1k more" when they arrive, I think he mean't $1K over invoice but he didn't know or wouldn't tell me what the '04's would cost. Hope that isn't to confusing.

See this rumor page put up by a Seattle area dealer:

It looks like the price will be about the same. Of course you'll probably have to pay at least a little over invoice for an 04, and the 03's are going for $1k under or less. Since there are already 04's in North America and they will probably be on dealer's lots in April, any 03's still out there will only get cheaper and cheaper.
