Only getting half boost help

Only getting half boost help

I drove my STI home from Las Vegas and I noticed I am only getting half boost. Any ideas what would cause that? By the way the car is rev limited to 155 MPH. But the car is only at 5000 RPM at 155 MPH.

I think it's just the gauge. Ask the dealer to check it out.

155... Can I ask why? You are going to hurt yourself!!! And our insurance rates!!! Please be careful!!!

actually it was a tank of bad gasoline. The dealer had it for several hours reset the ECU and it has been fine since. I promise as soon as I can get a good ecu mod I will get my STI to go faster than 155 MPH.

Dont they electronically limit them? Im pretty sure they do, but im sure if you upgrade your comp you can get rid of the built in limiter. They should be good for 165-170 without the limiter
