Cobb stage 2 only getting half boost sometimes

Cobb stage 2 only getting half boost sometimes
Hi all,
I have had a strange problem recently. After a bit of driving(with AC on, with AC off, up hills, on full boost, not on boost) I look at my boost gauge and am only getting.5 kg/cm2 or half boost. When I shut the car off for awhile and then start it, it goes away and I'm back to getting full boost. I have the 91 octane stage 2 and have the standard mods for this(turboback etc.). I worried that soon it while just be at half boost all the time.
Any ideas?
