STI, How cool, you got yours not too long after mine. I got it from the same dealer last week tuesday black on gold. I got 1500 miles on it already. now that its broken in, no more driving around, just a beating
lets go around and takes some pics. I got a blue evo that will make a nice pik.

Sounds good to me. A friend of mine works down the road from Gerald and said he saw a black one out front last week, must have been yours. I also saw a black one last night on Dehil road, was it you? I think it had silver rims though. Damn 1500 already, you have more than me and I had mine for a month now. I had some stone shield film put on and just got a pretty nice stereo installed. As of last week it is my daily driver now. I am going in for my first oil change tomorrow morning. BTW, how many miles did yours have when you picked it up?
I just noticed. I think you didn't see the date I originally posted this message. I have had mine for a month now.

LOL unfortunately I didn't, just saw, thought it was recent, didn't even bother looking at the date, Ohh well. I got 5.9 miles off the truck, I think the tech drove it 2-3 miles and the sales took the rest to 10 miles. I know it had 5.9 off the truck and 10 when I got it, some one was having a little bit of fun.
I figured something was wrong when I saw plates already on your car, I was like that was fast, I still got temps.
so what you doing this weekend. I used to like in chicago, i kinda still do, Im there every weekend visiting my mom and bros evo and keeping it alive. brother is in cali rite now servin the marines. me and my lil bro are fuding between the 2 cars and I think I like his evo a little better than mine. Its a lot more crispy vs the sti being a little vauge, the sti is scary making you want to go fast, evo is more like.......easy, safe and not too temping to whoop some aaahhhaa. my wife feels that same way, she likes the feel of the evo but we are both satisfied with the sti.

I actually got my plates back in like March. I got them for my Legacy and then just transferred them over when I got the STi. Don't feel too bad about your miles, mine had 12 when I picked it up. How do you know how many yours had off the truck? I have an appointment this Sat morning at Ziebart in Naperville to get my windows tinted and might be getting the stone shield headlight kit put on. Otherwise I am hoping to get my first coat of wax on the STi, it could use one. There is a black EVO I see in my apartment complex once in a while. I talked to the guy last week when I first saw it. It is beautiful in black, of course what car isn't, but I am still glad I got the STi. I actually never even considered a EVO. Been a Subaru fan for a long time. PM me if you are going to be around this weekend and maybe we can meet up.
