I have noticed, sometimes you can view my pics, sometimes you can't. Someone told me if too many people try to view them, yahoo locks them for a little while or something.

I got mine for MSRP. They did try to tack on some dissability insurance and some other BS that I noticed and said I do not want it. I think it was around $35,800 out the door w/options, tax, 5/60k, protection stuff(undercoat, paint, scotch, etc), etc.

It was an amazing feeling getting the STi. Especially when I was not expecting it till June. When the dealer called I almost fainted. Talk about a total suprise. It reminded me of xmas when I was a kid. What sucked was being gone all weekend knowing I have an STi at home in my garage that I could not drive till I got home.

As far as age, I just turned 31.

MSRP is $30,995 + $550 destination with no options. It seems like all cars being delivered has atleast one option installed at port. The dealer most likely won't remove those options. My car came with the boost guage and the upgraded security package which took the MSRP up to $32,072.

I got my STi exactly as I ordered it. They did try to tack on some additional insurance, probably hoping I would not notice it, but I did and they removed it. I also opted for a 5yr/60k extended warranty and the undercoating and all that. So I only paid MSRP for the car and then extra for the stuff I wanted.

That package deal that they offer when you buy a car. For the most part it's a rip off. I usually get it thrown in when I buy a car but the STi is a different story. I did get a good deal on it all though. Undercoating is like a coating of a tar like substance that they spray on the underside of the car. It helps to protect against corrosion. For the most part we probably don't really need it in this day and age but due to all the salt they use here in the Chicago area I opted for it.
