Talking Got my STi last night, Chicago IL

Will post pics later. Unfortunately I am at work and the STi is at home in the garage waiting for me to return. All I can say is that it is everything I expected and more. I think the wing and scoop look better in person and I would not change them, not that I ever planned on it. The scoop, wing, gold rims, all add to the overall package. So far at 55mph the scoop does not move. Will try to go a little faster tonight and see if it moves or if I notice the wing move. The 6spd is nice, glad I went with the armrest extension, it all lines up nicely and is nice to have a place to rest my arm. It sounds great, deep rumble but nothing crazy sounding. I can't wait to hear and feel it above 4k rpms. These first 1k are going to take a long time. Sux I am at work now and will be gone all weekend and wont have my STi. It will be a long weekend, might have to cut trip short so I can get back home.

One thing I noticed and posted about in one of the forums I frequent, compared to my Legacy the STi has amazing headroom. The STi's roofline is actually higher than my Legacy. I think the STi is perfect for the tall person who would like a sports car but can't comfortably fit in one. If I were you I would definitely try to find one at a dealer and sit in it. Not sure about leg room for you though.

BTW Boostin, nice silver STi you got there.
