I am trying to figure out what I should do next for stereo. I thought I was done with the stereo and now I think it needs more. I was trying to gain some input of what people think should be done next. I have a Panasonic touch screen headunit and two amplifiers. One amp is running a Boston Pro 10" sub and the other is running my mids. I have 5.25" MTX's in the rear deck, 6.5" MTX's in front doors, 5.25" Boston co-axials in rear door, Boston Rally 6.5" seperates in the kick panels, Diamond audio M5 tweeters in the A pillars and a MB Quart center chanell. I am trying to get more volume and I am just really undecided about what to with my stereo next. I was thinking about refabricating the front doors and putting three 6.5" midbass drivers in each door and refabricating the rear doors with two 5.25" midbass drivers. I am just still undecided of what to do next and oh yeah, I do like it very loud.
You can add an AudioControl Matrix Line driver and/or DQX Stereo Digital Equalizer/Crossover

I just did a Rosen DVD player and a 7.0" motorized in Dash screen. I added a PS1 to it and love playing pac man where ever I go. I am now thinking about adding another Boston Pro 10" sub and vinyling the whole trunk. As well I will get a small amp to run my center channel
What amps (model, power, impedance) are you running? Seems as though you have a large number and mix of speakers. How much do you value sound quality? When you say loud do you mean more bass, more vocals, or both?
You may consider upgrading to higher quality components and increasing power. I'm running Boston Z6s off Xtant 1.1s upfront and at 2/3 volume rap, r&b, etc is too loud for me with the windows up......and this is with perfectly clean sound (not harsh sounding highs or an amp near clipping). I guess if you have you windows down all the time and you like it LOUD you might handle a little more output.
I think a 3-way setup upfront is more than enough to achieve high output levels....I think 2-3 midbass drivers is overkill (unless you want to win spl competitions)
If anything upgrade you rallys to Pros or Zs and feed them some rock solid power (maybe bi-amp).
