Hmmm, I'd get the wheels and tires next. Definately.

Next your exhuast, then the reflash to take advantage of the exhuast mods. Rear sway-bar is a good idea too.

I would do all this, but sway bar before exhaust.

As for bumping up boost, don't worry about that until you get a new turbo and all pipes, except maybe headers.

Cobb only has a couple of standard maps. They will not tune to your mods without your car on their dyno. The mpas they have correpsond with other vendors stages, quite well, but if you want to be tuned to your mods at all times, then you may want to invest in a UTEC, and learn to tune. If you're like me, however, and like to just fire and forget (about tuning) then you may want to consider an ECUtek. There are a lot more suppliers/tuners of that. Personally, I'm running with the Cobb. Years and years of experience make me trust them, and they just released the AccessECU-there will be more maps in the future, I hope. Also, they are adding Accessport and AccessTuner in the future to give you the ability to tune it yourself, if you so choose.

For the rear sway bar, go with a 22. Good neutral handling with that.
