iam guessing you just need to hook up the speaker wires?
power should be easy, power straight to battery and ground to chasse.
remote wire from amp to blue/white remote turn on wire on aftermarket deck or for some reason if you dont have it, you can use red accessory wire.
as for speaker wires, get a pair of RCAs, cut one end.

it'll be nice if you have a multi-meter for sound test but usually the darker color or white will be the negative on the rca. the outter rim of the rca plug is the negative. a pair of RCAs, one end should have 2 rca plugs and the other end two pairs of just speaker wire since you've cut them.

plug in the rcas to the aftermarket deck (assuming it has pre-outs) and wire up the raw wires to the amp thats being installed.

i havnt done factory sub on a subby but if its like toyota with premade harnesses, figure out the speaker wires on the harness which usually matches the rear speaker colors or you can just test them with a 9volt battery.
