There are 2 gas stations on the NE and SE corners of Lassen and Topanga. One is Unocal and the other is Mobil (If I recall the station names correctly). There is an Arco on the NW corner of Topanga and Nordhoff. There is also 3 stations at the corner of De Soto and Devonshire (Chevron, Unocal and Shell). Gas as of today is around $2.13. Prices are all the same in the area.
There are a few stations on Valley Circle . I believe at the SE corner of Vanowen or Victory and V.C. there is one (I don't remember the exact location). That is the farthest north on Valley Circle that there is gas station.

The info I have is a little sketchy but this is what I know. The Rally ends in the hills above Magic Mountain. The final meeting area will be a place called the Elephant Bar in Valencia (i think). That was the plan anyway. I didn't go with Nathan to get final confirmation on the use of that place so I am not certain.

You missed a great event. Some of the most gorgeous twisty back roads I've driven in a while, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! I got 3rd place in the novice class, running solo. You should definitely do the one at the end of March.
