Car Info: 03 WRX wagon type RA
I have a WRX wagon and pay about 220 every 6 months for liability...and I have more tickets than I can count, including evading, reckless driving, speeding, red light violations, etc... but not one on my record...

Yes, but I'd rather drive "safe" and save the money myself than give it to insurance. You pay 6K a year, I pay 440. I'd rather pocket the extra 5560 and save it just incase I wreck, and if I don't wreck, spend it on mods, a home, or something else.
Or, most people don't know, but you can file a type of bond with the state, usually being a minimum of 10K, that you cannot touch unless you are in an at fault accident...but the benefit is that you do not haveto hold any type of insurance whatsoever.
10K out of your pocket initially is better than 6K a year that you will never see again, IMO. Ofcourse, on the conditions that you are a good driver.
