yup! Same here. My case was about this guy stealing stuff from a local Home Depot. I said my bike was stolen so the defense dismissed me.

Ya but thing is. I did ABSOLUTELY nothing for 2hrs and got dismissed. Thats actually worse (i think) than sitting through a case.

It's only worthy because I live near by. If I have to drive, then it would be worthless for the $15/day. Furthermore, my boredom causes much more than that unless of course its my own will to drive myself to boredom.

i was selected for jury duty, even though whittier court was closer to me i had to go to norwalk
they dismissed my group, so i was happy. i hate those waiting rooms

going on my fourth this december. first time i was selected as an alternate and the other two times i just waited in the juror room for the day and got released. first case was grand theft, assault, and illegal possesion of a firearm.
