GC rear clunk, but it's a new/different one

So I seem to have an extra clunk coming from the drivers side rear now. I used to and still have the common shift/rear diff clunk from time to time, but now when shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd, I get an additional louder clunk from the drivers side rear. I checked my endlinks as well as other suspension components, everything seems fine from the outside, but pieces could be worn out potentially. Not sure if the rear diff. bushings would cure this problem. Anyone have any insight?

found out what was causing the bad clunk, recently one of the bushings on the crossmember, not the outrigger, got torn up. looked visibly ok but upon further inspection of both sides, it was thrashed compared to the other one.
