WOW well still no trackign number, John pike is going to court! It's set.....i will call his local authorities tomorrow morning if i am free....he will also be compensating me for $1500 in loss of income due to my need to refund three serious buyers their $500 downpayments when they came to see me car....he is going to pay for all of my losses, plus i have a written admittance or fault in an email!

Wait a second, I remember the name John Pike, in conjuction with being a scammer a long time ago on the old i-club. Do a search for the name John Pike on nasioc.com and you will come with other posts similar to this scam, just make sure you search all forums, and on any date, because he has been doing this for a while. His other names that he has used on the various boards are funscooby, michiganrs, variablegear, and I think there is one or two others. He always seems to make these carbon fiber offers, and then something always seems to come up to delay them getting done! I don't know why his IP isn't banned on every subaru site.

If you look in the wanted ads he has a post in there about wanting an Impreza for a project car. Seems to me he never made any parts and just had all your parts sent to him so he can put them on his new car.
Then on NASIOC.com in the private classifieds (I think) he just recently put some parts up for sale. Check it out to see if they are someones who were sent to him to be made into cf parts etc.

I told Dave about how this is his 3rd time around as a scammer using alias' and he assured me that he would get to the bottom of it for me! They work together! Also back when variablegear was michiganRS he didnt even WORK for a carbon fiber company! And Dave HIMSELF did my carbon fiber grill so he knows for a fact that it is done!
