Hey, ok so i called the phone number for Robin Pape, or Robin Vanhouzen......Robin is a female....a wife af the gentleman who answered....he said that his business associate Jon or John....Jon apparently was having the parts hsipped to this address because his shopped was temporarily closed.....i informed the gentleman that we were lining up a class action suit....adn that if i didnt have my aprts back by this coming weekend i would follow through and make sure that it goes to court.....he was like "HOLE ****, i dont think he knows how big of trouble he is in....!" i was like "well if i dont have my parts he will be in a LOT more trouble than he now!!!" He was like "well actually i got a call today from him asking me for your address to ship to" So i am not sure if the person on the phoen was indeed the theif, or if he was indeed telling the truth....we will see, but Friday is go day!

His name is John Pike....and the man i was talking to on the phone is NOT him....Robin Pape is the man's wife....it was shipped to this man's house becasue John Pike has a P.O. box and cannot accept packages....Robin Vanhouzen is Robin Pape's maiden name....we need to leave them alone....i will call thema gain on friday if i have to.....butif my parts are here i will leave them alone! The man on the phone is furious at the fact that John would drag his wife into this! He is making sure that it get's done! The man on the phone vividly remembers my parts coming to his door, and also remembers doing to Carbon Fiber replica's himself....he has no idea y John would screw up over like this! HE was on the other line with John when i called! John i apparently living in a hotel as of now as he moved out of his apt. I wil keep ya'll informed!

There was some delay due to holiday and we lost one person but we are trying to get everything done asap. We had a delay and poor contact with one person who was very upset so we are trying to contact everyone again and calm thinsg down. December was a tough month we are trying to get things out as fast as possible. We have about 15 refrences of people who recieved teh parts. I cant post on here since I was told to get vendor status so I dont want to be banned. I will not follow up to this thread so email me. We have picstures and most everything is done so lets get everything fixed its hard when there was three of us than two now we decided we are gonna not make any more parts and end the business because this has happened. To much stress.

 

He is FINALLY EMAILING me now that i have threatened him with my ever growing lawsuit!

Bull what? Like you dont beleive him? if he doesnt he will go to court...i have friends in that area who will go to court for me.....plus if he lies to me again, i have those same "friends" who will pay him a visit.

I can verify that the last name of the person at that address is Pape as well, because I saw it written on their mailbox! I hope you all get your stuff back. If not, I know a few lawyers who can I can talk to about the next step if need be.
