Too long
I said this before, I will say it again. You guys are waiting way too long to take action. Get the Feds involved today, do it yourself each one of you. The more reports the Feds get, the more likely they are to actually act on the reports. Make these guys squirm, they are just common criminals, make them feel like one.

Hey guys, I called that number and his "mom" answered. I told her that her son was going to jail if he didn't send us our parts back, and she hung up on me. I'm talking to my friend who did a few internships with the N.S.A. So I will have more details about to turn this guy in and go through with it FULLY. Let me know who is still out there that hasn't gotten all of their parts back.

All I have received was my original lip, which came back with a huge crack in it. They are ignoring my emails, so I will go to my local police station tomorrow to file a report. Hopefully, they can point me in the right direction for further action.

I am still waiting on my friend who has connections on the inside. This guy is going down finally. Do you guys have all your receipts from the shipping place?

ORGANIZE
It is good to see you all are beginning to take action. Don't forget that the Feds are in the Blue pages of most phone books, so if you don't know how to get in touch with them start there. Remember the faster you act the more likely you are to get restitution. Finally, getting a lawyer might now be a bad idea, someone who could look into the possiblity of a class action suit. I know that this costs money, but I bet you there is a lawyer out there who would work for a percentage.
Keep organized, keep talking, stay vigilant!

Just found this thread!
Ahhh! I can't believe I missed all this action!
I sent him a JDM Legacy grille on Dec. 10th with a promise of a CF replica, but I've been getting the same run around as everyone else. Now he won't return my e-mails and he won't pick up his phone.
The number I have been calling is 586-873-7155. I shipped the grille to Robin Pape just like everyone else. I've been using the djscomposites@provide.net to e-mail him, but like I said, he won't responde anymore.
He has told me repeatedly that he is going to ship the grille back and "set me up with an overlay", but he hasn't done it.
I can not tell you how pissed I am. The grille cost me $200, and I spent over 40 hours re-shaping it to fit my USDM Legacy. At this point all I want is my original grille back, screw the overlay and screw the replica.
If anyone can help me get my grille back or let me know what sort of tactics you used to get your stuff back, please let me know. If there is any legal action happening, please let me know also.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
