Wrecked tonight
On my way home at 8:30 and went to turn left and the rear end came around and went in the ditch. Front left control arm or subframe bent.
Ever since the LW flywheel and the clutch the car likes to rotate the rear end alot more, with the wet ground I am not used to it. Do I have a mechanical problem that could be causing this.
Specs on car is a 2005 2.5RS wagon with 55K, 1K on new short block, stock suspension, Kuhmo Solus tires, Fidanza Flywheel, Stage 2 clutch, 06 WRX catback and about 100lbs of stereo in floor of trunk.

First, that sucks, hope it doesn't take too long to repair it and hope it can be done well. Were you pushing it around the corner? Standing water? How fast wereyou going, and in what gear? Were you on the throttle? On the brakes?
I'll be a wiseass and say that the mechanical problem that's causing it is a (possibly) more responsive throttle (debatable, you're not getting much in-gear difference with a stock exhaust and alight flywheel on a 2.5 NA), but more likely the crappy tires.....sorry. If you're trying to huck it around on cheap, narrow all-seasons, especially in the rain, you're asking for it. On stock suspension, you shouldn't be able to load up the car enough to just pop the rear end out unless there's just no grip.
Not trying to be a dick, but I've had 4 Subarus, NA and turbo, and none of them, including one that was RWD and turboed, would just come around on me with no warning, even in the rain. Two of them were even on RE92's, so there's that argument out the window, too.

I'll go with the ****ty tires and weight in the rear, and depending if your rear end hydroplaned or not... I've lost control of my scooby on wet roads, but it ended up more in a slide and not the rear end kicking out (actually I wish mine does more, i think there is wayyyy too much understeer anyways)
Best luck with the car, and slow down on the corners when its wet. Yes we're AWD, but we aren't invincible as shown over and over again.
