well they packed up the rest of their **** and are now gone!

Go figure that they were renters


Went across the street to talk to the guy who works for the property agency. He let me walk around the house and take a peek. Not too shabby. Nice starter home. Front and back yard are really nice. Inside of the house needs an updaded kitchen. Other than that it would be little things here and there.

We called on it and it turns out that its not forsale, its a foreclosure, they dont know how much its listing for yet so we are waiting for a call back

 

that area shouldn't be more than 180k, maybe 190 if its hella fixed up etc.
been sniffing around there for a month now

 

I got a walk thru and it's not in bad shape so I think it might go for a little more. Haha ya I member seein ya over there like a month ago.
