north highlands is not a good area, especially around watt and 80.

it's like saying "i'm going to move to LA, i'm looking at compton or watts right now..."

Really can I get all three?? you know i would want the whole experience for the price I am paying. because where I live now we only have beat hookers and drug dealers. from where I am at now it would be an upgrade, my place has taken turn for the worst..

Room open in Nice house located in North Natomas, with a garage spot for only 350$ a month. Good neighborhood too.

PM for details.

I'm looking for a house to rent right now, and like everyone else said, avoid North Highlands. I don't even bother looking for places there.

But seriously, if I were still married and wanted to raise children, I would do it in this town. Relatively clean, quiet, low crime, lots of grassy parks, etc., etc.

Also, for the single guy, when school's in session this place becomes a poon paradise.
lots of stoners and pedophiles too

Wow, so this is what happens when i can't get on for a few days!! LOL

Well I am hear and in the place, and well the place is huge, I am well away from watt, and I am not worried about the area..

If any of you are from the seattle area, or have been, it reminds me of Lakecity way, and kenmore, getting rundown middle class suburbia, not the best and not the worst..

and well the place is huge, well i think it is the rooms are on the small side, the living room is huge and so is the kitchen. and the garage is a lot bigger than I thought as well.. it will befine for now, till I can get a house.
