I'm looking for some new roommates.

I have 3 rooms that will be available in a 4bed/4bath 3 story townhouse. A Master bedroom for $975 and two smaller rooms for $675 each. Utilities are extra and split evenly.

Large kitchen with modern appliances. Interior washer/dryer. Double pane windows and HVAC with thermostats on each floor. There's a balcony as well as a common park area that features picnic tables and barbecues.

The location is in North San Jose with easy freeway access to 101, 880 and 237. Plus many great restaurants, costco, and a gym are nearby. Couples are okay for the master bedroom.

Street parking available or rent the garage for an additional $100 per month.

Available Jan 1st - possibly sooner.

Possibly interested and would be looking to move around the Jan1st in the listing as well. What is you policy on pets a have a cat that lives in my room now?

 

I'll have to clear that up with the landlord. I know he's cool with small dogs. I don't know about cats. Although we've had a cat for a while...

How long do you need a renter for? (min and max. stay)?

3 rooms will be available. The Master and 2 smaller rooms.

The lease will be 6 months minimum. I'm still waiting to hear back from the landlord on what he wants to do. The original leases were 12 months. But the current lease is 6 months.

how many people are currently living in the place?

when are the rooms available?

the 100$ for the garage, is that for one single space?

 

No worries. Questions are good.

There are currently 5 people (a couple in the master). Everyone wants to move out except me.

The current lease ends on the Dec 31st. The new Lease will start Jan 1st. Some people may be moving out before the 31st at which point, the room would be available to move in and the rent can be pro-rated.

It's a 2 car garage. The $100 gets one space.

 

wow that a ton of money for rent!! 975 per person + 100 bucks for a garage ? no way that rent is that much unless the other guys are paying more then half to stay there. NO THANK YOU

 

It's not 975 per person. The Master bedroom is 975 and can easily accommodate a couple. That's less than 500 per person.

You also don't need to pay extra for the garage. There is street parking.

 

$1075 for that master and garage spot is not a bad deal at all for a couple. Pretty good considering the extra living space that comes with a house.

 

1075 is a great deal for a big room and garage in San Jose.
