it's a 3br 2.5 bathroom townhouse with central air conditioning/heat, washer dryer in house. the place is right off of hwy 85 and saratoga ave.

the rent would be around between 625/month plus utilities. the price is negotiable...i'm talking to the landlord to have the rent lowered.

also i have a cat
