This is my first post on this board.... however I'm a big regular over on NASIOC

I got a job with Mercedes of Beverly Hills and I'm moving to the LA area very soon. Problem is I don't really know anybody in that part of the world and I need a place to live. I am looking for a place that is around a 30 min. drive to work (I have to be at work ~7am, so I don't know where that puts me in terms of traffic at that time of day) and I also want a place with a garage for my car. Other than that I don't really care too much about where I live as long as I have a bedroom all to myself. Does anybody need a roomate? I'm looking to spend ~$800 or less a month on rent... does such a place exist?

 

to tell you the truth i wouldnt think so. near beverly hills, and a garage are going to kill you. its expensive im sorry LA sucks for that but hey it was 80* today

 

hey man. my bf and i are moving out of our place in el segundo which is near LAX. there is another subie guy in the complex. its a really safe place. i dont know if youve seen it but my bf used to drive the white wrx wagon with the takata green volks ... well he NEVER had a problem with people focking with his car and he just parked in a carport under his apt. the place is small (studio) and kinda close to the beach. rent is about 650-700.
