Lots of people say lots of things, and most of them are full of crap.
Unless I hear it on the internet. No one lies on the internet.
Internet is serious business.
It runs 14's when I cut a good '60 and shift fast.
I don't know "you". Are you one of Scotts little buddies? So in "your" case, its got 2 big ones. Overnighted from Japan.

all I know is that the forester you speak of makes right around 92whp
its actually running a built motor, but its on a 6.8:1 compression with a GT4298 on 4psi
makes peak torque at like 1300rpms though

Ive seen that forester around, it's slower than my 350z and all I have is an intake and cat back! He was cool when I met him but kept giving me lame excuses as to why it was slow like "oh I had vtec turned off and my turbo only kicks in when I want it to" or some junk, idk, dude was totally fat though. Looking under the hood I saw an Iceman cold air intake, an oil catch can, and it had a muffler. Thing was embarrassing, poor guy.

You liar, it has a NOS fogger system, standalone engine management, cool air intake, and a Moton exhaust.
Not a bad way to spend 10 thousand dollars.
