come on IClub, lets see your trouble shooting techniques....

Let me give you a brief background of said person, A) Person had a desktop computer, this computer apparently was wayyy to complicated so she put in eleventy billion tickets a day.... B) She wanted a laptop me and another co-worker told our manager that he/she should really avoid giving this person a laptop since a regular computer was wayyy to complicated for her, a laptop will just be a mess...

That being said, diagnose this problem

I appreciate your troubleshooting yesterday afternoon regarding my e-mail transmittal problems. Now, it’s the desktop monitor. When I turned it on this morning, the screen’s color is abnormal. The background is no longer white…rather, it is a very AQUA shade. I’ve tried to go into the settings…but was unsuccessful so I asked a couple of other analysts to try to help me out….they to have been unsuccessful. If Kurt were here, I would ask him for his assistance but he’s out for the week.

I don’t know what else to do. The color is such that I will not be able to work as it is very hard for my eyes to make such a big adjustment. It is really hard to look at the screen. Can you have someone take a look at it for me?

I’m going to go grab a cup of coffee and will return shortly (by 8:30)

I walk up there to see that the laptop works perfectly fine, but the monitor that is attached to the docking station is not working, nor did it even look like it was receiving a signal. The laptop is sitting on the docking station, all cords are connected.....

Hint... this is easily her 8th time doing this.... and each time i've told her what to do
