It sprinkled here and some guy was doing 40 with his hazards on and his windshield wipers on full speed.

he slowed way down and put the hazards on about a minute into the rain.

well thats nice, I got my car washed yesterday because there was only a 10% chance of rain today....now it jumped to 30% oh well, at least all the dirt and bird **** is gone

at least it isn't tourist season! tourists+old folks in monterey+rain=I no go to work
