I almost had it saved, but I knew I had that Z06 behind me and I didn't want to suddenly get traction and dart off in a different direction and right into traffic. So I just put two feet in and let the car go where it was going. I really wish I had my in car working.

I'll tell you, that bypass at 5 looks like you can go a lot faster than you can. I was stuck in traffic for the first 3 laps, so we were going slower than I felt like we could. That 4th lap I had no one in front of me and I misjudged my speed. I felt the car get light over the hill and I even said "uh-oh" to Terri just before we started drifting.

Fortunately nothing was damaged and by the afternoon sessions I had the hill figured out better. It was the first time for a lot of people running that bypass and I think that's why we had several spins in that location. Mine was the most mild of the bunch.

I saw Rick's footage from Thursday.
He has his video camera mounted on the seat belt bar thingy & the picture quality is very nice.
He gives a bit of a commentary as he's passing cars.
I only saw two cars that he couldn't pass...a hopped up Audi S4 & a POS Taurus SHO.

It's a good 20 minutes. I'm sure he'll get it to me on CD and I'll try and cut it down and host it.

A bunch. I forget. Several for each run group (divided into novice, intermediate, and advanced groups, usually). It varies just a little bit but they all usually take a common break for lunch then resume the sessions again.
