Yes to all that, I think ALL the Reno STi's have the same set up now...
If you just want a better "feel" to the shifter, do what Paul said and just swap the bushings. If you want to make mad crazy gear jamming short throw shifts, then add the SS. TiC is the way to go.

But, short shifters do make it easier to do so.
