Sorry to continue beating the dead horse, I just hear conflicting info. Not looking for an arguement, just a clarification of the test only without a lengthy "it was not my fault" explanation.

I think the NASIOC thing someone else was the one who said it's not technically in spec but he has seen other motors with around the same numbers because it's normally within 10% of the numbers and I had some 150's and two 130's, I personally would rather look at leak down(imo are 10x better then compression) numbers anyways which I don't know the percentages, or if they where in spec or not, but according to gruppe-s it was questionable to even push the gt30 and had to sign a waver stating if it blew I was ok with that, then I ended up putting the gt35r and we seriously have no clue how the motor is still together, we keep pushing it that step further trying to get it to blow, next is a c16 tune LOL, then they are going to practice a nitrous tune on it to see!! It Will blow!!!

Life is funny.
And it certainly is not fair.
But while we're here, we need to make the most of it.

Others will constantly judge me by not only my actions, but by what I say, and in this case, type.

One of the hardest things for a person to do is admit that they have made a mistake, which is, to me , what Nate has tried to convey.
While I wouldn't consider him a close friend, he's a friend none the less.
And seeing how some treat him, under the cover of teh intaRnet, angers me.
He has apoloogized.

What I have not heard or read, are the mistakes made by his customers.
Receiving goods and services and not paying for them comes to mind.
Another is what I call "unrealistic expectations" regarding what can be achieved given the resorces.

Whatever.

Ok, I gotta add something to this and I'm gonna try to say it in the most mature way as possible so it doesn't get into a who has the biggest ***** contest again...

If you say give a friend oh... 10,000 dollars to paint your house. You tell him to paint it white. He ends up painted it **** Brown, he also said it was only going to take two weeks to paint an entire house!! It ended up taking him 3 months to paint this house! and to your Dismay when you finally come home to see your house it is complete ****, everywhere is ****, nothing was done right and you now have to fix the entire thing.... Your friend just doesn't get it and all of his buddies said he has done great work in the passed! So your friend goes "I'm sorry for painting your house **** brown"... Oh!! That makes it better, just forget about the 10k dollars I just paid you then... You apologized!! That makes everything A O`Kay Hell no, you will ask for a refund in full from your friend the second you saw the house, and be willing to get a lawyer and talk to the BAR of houses to get that refund... and so would almost anyone in that situation even counting the work done...

So basically when it comes to giving someone money and having them basically screw you of it... an Apologies means about as much as the explosive diarrhea Dz just had...

Receiving goods and services and not paying for them comes to mind.

Cool so we will finally get a post from you that is not packed with words that are starred out because they are not allowed on the forums. It is about time...

If you say give a friend oh... 10,000 dollars to paint your house. You tell him to paint it white. He ends up painted it ****
Oops I guess that isn't going to last long. How does someone "end up painted it" by the way?
Brown, he also said it was only going to take two weeks to paint an entire house!! It ended up taking him 3 months to paint this house!
Parts backorders are a pain in the *** aren't they?
and to your Dismay
Why is that capitalized?
when you finally come home to see your house it is complete ****
There we go again, what kind of word is ****?
, everywhere is ****
And again, please translate **** for me
, nothing was done right and you now have to fix the entire thing....
Problems happen, but can you truly say that nothing was done right?
Your friend just doesn't get it and all of his buddies said he has done great work in the passed!
passed - did someone die?
So your friend goes "I'm sorry for painting your house **** brown"
I have heard of brown, but not **** brown. Is that a new color that Crayola put in to the last box of writing instruments you bought?
... Oh!! That makes it better, just forget about the 10k dollars I just paid you then... You apologized!! That makes everything A O`Kay
So you take no responsibility for the issues with your car? I seem to recall that you felt the car was not performing right so you floored it all over town hoping it would get better and you would not lose to the Yugo in the lane next to you. If damage was actually done, you are responsible in my opinion. If you even suspect that there is an issue you do not drive the car hard until it is fixed - end of stroy.
Hell no, you will ask for a refund in full from your friend the second you saw the house, and be willing to get a lawyer and talk to the BAR of houses to get that refund... and so would almost anyone in that situation even counting the work done...
See that's just it you pay the bill and have to make a valid attempt to get the car fixed. If that does not work you then take the party to court - you do not skip out on what you owe and then offer up parts you do not even own for sale. That is theft and makes the person that does it a criminal, but then again a thugged out street racer's life is all about breaking the law...
So basically when it comes to giving someone money and having them basically screw you of it... an Apologies means about as much as the explosive diarrhea Dz just had...
I never said I had diarrhea, I had a massive booger...

Let's say I paid you $10K for something, anything, and you didn't deliver.
I'd ask once, real nice and all, for my money back.
If you did not respond in a timely manner, you'd being doing two things:
1. Handing me an envelope with ten large.
2. Picking your teeth up off the floor.

Notice, I never mentioned posting on the internet.

I guess that's how I roll.

We are about to have two posts like that!!!
Oops I guess that isn't going to last long. How does someone "end up painted it" by the way?
It's sort of like painting it, but with a grammar error...
Parts backorders are a pain in the *** aren't they?
True that, definitely a pain in the ***, but when you call and ask your friend, "Hey do you have all the parts yet?" and they reply with a "Yes"... normally that means they have them all in.. I could be wrong though...

Why is that capitalized?
I dunno, but it looks damn good capitalized in my opinion...
There we go again, what kind of word is ****?
It's sort of like the Es H I Tee word, but filtered out
And again, please translate **** for me
See answer above this
Problems happen, but can you truly say that nothing was done right?
Yup, the entire house was painted brown... All of it had to be fixed, I think there might have been a hose in the back somewhere that I didn't have to change... It's pretty cool when you are just sitting there looking at your house and your drainage out the back of the house just falls completely off and starts dragging in the middle of the street... Or when three of the seals on the house just pop off!!
passed - did someone die?
Oops, I used the wrong word the world is going to past away(oh btw, this was done on purpose so be a **** somewhere else)!
I have heard of bown, but not **** brown. Is that a new color that Crayola put in to the last box of writing instruments you bought?
What's Bown?! New color on the Special Ed kid boxes?
OMG!! You missed the box with that color brown in it!!! You aren't cool then, but we already knew this... I bet it was on the same box that said "You have no effing clue what you are talking about Dz, so stop trying to act like you know even HALF of the situation"... Would have been a useful box for you to buy In my opinion..
What's a stroy? Is that Like that movie, but with an S in front of it?! Hmm that was a good movie... Oh!! Sorry got side tracked anyways back on another beaten to death topic, well normally when you call a shop and ask them "Hey it's not running right the car seems really slow" and they reply with "It's fine, it's only because it's so hot outside right now" You would be under the impression that it really is fine, but I guess that's my fault... After all I should have known not to listen to a shop who can't even put an exhaust on without it falling off it's hangers, or put on something as easy as an inter cooler... in 3 different spots had to be fixed after the hoses just popped off!! Oh and who needs an over-flow reservoir right? I mean it's only 100+ degrees outside, just make a little hose go from the radiator straight to the ground, that doesn't follow any track regulations(since all state that you need an overflow) in the first place, but it's ok right.? And when it finally cools off and your car has no radiator fluid... that's just normal and what a shop should do. I can keep going with problems if need be... So yes... The ENTIRE house was painted brown, and all had to be fix

I never said I had diarrhea, I had a massive booger...
Fo Shizzle dawg I'm a hardcore thief I am not even 1/2 the thief S-Squared was... You and I both know that the not even thousand dollars I owed them has been well paid off in ****ed up parts, and in my labor alone trying to fix it. I wouldn't let that shop touch my car again with a 1,000 foot poll... What about the 3,000 dollars + in labor I have paid there?? Since I have had to fix it ALL I should get refunded with that money... Or the motor that costs around 3,000 dollars to replace that they blew? well there is 6grand how about my entire Factory T-Back Exhaust that they never gave me back even when I asked for it ATLEAST 10 times? That should just all be forgotten ... after all they said sorry!! and as we learned if you say sorry everything is ok...
