My automotive humor site gets a ton of hits. I could link it to this site, for country-wide awareness. I imagine I can get a lot of attention for it.
Perhaps some performance companies will link to us.
I can also trace back people who GO to the site, to message boards.
This could get extremely complicated. What about public presence? Paypal donations? Stickers?
Local news appearances?
My thoughts for the site:
1) Layed out with a good cms (JOOMLA)

3) Interviews or information from Vendors/Tuners in support of our cause. "This will bring us money... Bring CA money"
4) STRONG anti street racing propoganda on the website.
5) STRONG show of care for the environment.
Our 2 biggest opponents would be environmentalists that dont understand, and people who think mods=street racing.
Keep it on the track links, images, whatever.
We need people to submit related news stories... t hat we can link...
SCIENTIFIC DATA
We need data from cars where it is LEGAL to do downpipes. I dont want to post an article that has "here is smog results from an illegally modified car..."
Environmentalists WONT take our word for it.
