Hey T if you are still looking try Apple call center over in Elk Grove. you don't need to know Macs(They will train) and it paids good for keep the bill aways and plse they have good OT.. so if you are good on a phone and can talk to people and kepp it about 15 to 17mins a call you will do well and they do Contract with Volt and I think Manpower but you want to get in full time and that can happen after a bit if you do well and get to teir 2 level help.


Also AAA call center in EG is good palce too(off I5 on EG Blvd)
your resume is good just remeber anything you learn on a job of by you self you can put down as a skill.

Look arond at the contract work .. its sometime low in pay but its work and maybe better hours.
