Mine are connected to the stock wiring for the horns so when my installed security system goes off, it does so through the supertones.

A worthwhile upgrade The panic setting is startling enough to make innocent passer-by fall over :rotfl:

I can't wait till the first time I get to use these in a real situation. I gave a little beep beep to my parents as I left and I think I just about made my mom deaf.

i can't remember the link right now...but it was someplace like Summit (but not them)...
had the 85115 (made in germany) ones for $45 or $48...can't remember right now...
or you can sniff ebay for a pair for less than $50 shipped...
saw some new old stock one's go for $19 + $8 s/h...but that was a while ago.

these just went for $51 + 9s/h

the india ones are part# 85113 or 85112...something like that...they're 500/400hz vs the german 500/300hz ones.

okay...maybe i got mixed up...

but doesn't seem like an extremely great deal for a vender to post up with...
if he did two for $100 shipped then i'd say it was a deal...
summit sells them for $58 w/ free shipping...but i know they have some type of handling charge also for like $9)
but you're saving nothing more than change really IMO.
plus you have to buy two...how many people need two sets?

although the N600 could use a pair as well!
