Smile Just Installed Hella Supertones

I haven't seen anyone in town with these. Wow is all i can say! I just installed my hella supertones today. Install was easy. Took about 1 hour because i had to run to Lowe's to get more female disconnects for the wiring harness. These sound great!!!

Some of you guys may want to know what i used. Install will be much faster with all these things.

What i used:
14 guage wire
4 ring terminals
8 female disconnects
electrical tape
1 quick splice

I found this thread with an easy to read diagram.

Hope this helps. = )

Yeah, but every car is different, how would you make it plug-and-play?

For example, on WRX's, you don't even really need to relay the setup, it takes roughly 24 inches of wire and one connection to a factory horn harness with no splices.....a PNP harness would be impossible becuase there's so many different ways to install them, for positive or negave switched=cars, different locations, etc

I love my supertones

What are your guys' thoughts on leaving the supertones hooked up to the OEM alarm system? Or should I just have the alarm hooked up to one of the stock horns? Is there anything special I need to do to have them work with the OEM alarm?
