Meh, i'm sure it's ****ty for people who can actually afford to pay for other forms of healthcare, but what about the people who can't afford it at all... something is better then nothing even if they get casterated for having the cold

And the person behind 9/11 is still at large but instead of finding the true terrorist we are going to make a pit stop and try to change the world i guess

Only issue is that most programs presented, especially a recent program presented in CA, would remove private healthcare from those who CAN afford it, meaning we'd all get bull**** healthcare, whether we could afford it or not.

There's also a reason most canadians come to the us for their healthcare needs when they have the money to do so...

I'm sorry but Tester in Montana looks like a douche bag... I still hope he wins though

And THANK GOD Californians voted No against prop 85!! I can't believe 46% of californias think that prop was a good idea

Meh, I think that's stupid... It should be if you can't afford healthcare or it's not offered as a benefit, then you get the ****ty health care for free... but if you can afford it then you get the good doctors, much like cars... if you can't afford a car you get a piece of **** that barely runs, if you can afford it... you get a ferrari haha

meh.. I don't think it would have matterred who was in office, this whole thing would be viewed as a huge mess right now.

Sonicsuby made a good point last week, we have no idea how Bush will be viewed in 10 years or 20 years. Everything might be resolved in a year and Iraq has a stable government at that time, and he will be hailed as one of the greatest presidents of all time.

It was the one where girls under the age of 18 had to give their parents notice two days prior to them having an abortion

oh def. if something completely changes and it does turn out to Bush's "vision" then even I will retract my statement on him being a dumb ****... I just don't see how you are going to change such an extremist country like that, you aren't going to change a mormon to a scientologist, nor a christian to a mormon... It's hard to change things like that, because you aren't just fighting the government you are fighting what their religion believes too
