It's a non-wired connection, Kevin, it mounts to the multifunction switch with direct tabs. Without a wiring harness, I don't think it'll mount to the L, as it's like my wagon and has a single-piece MFS.

As I understand it, it's plug and play. Lots of peeps have done it on RS25.

Yes. I'm totally in love with my old MB light switch.
Side light left
Side Light Right
Off
Auto
Parking
On

pull once for front fogs
Pull out further for both front and rear

Plus it's delayed so moving from 'auto' to 'on' won't flash off the headlights.

Did you not read what you quoted? EG and rancho were wet and foggy. Foggy enough that as I approched intersections I could see the right side lower mounted traffic signals before I could see the higher mounted ones. That and my tendency to speed in the fog made it fun.

Does anyone know if I'll need to put my crank pulley back to stock for smog? My lightened pulley doesn't have a timing mark on it.

Alan, as far as I know, they're not going to check timing on a modern distributorless car. That shouldn't even be something they catch on a visual as it's not related to the intake tract. It could be I never had issues because they could use an inductive loop on a plug wire, but every time I've seen it, they're in the car revving it and using the tach as the guide anyways.

I could be wrong, but if they give you grief, just tell them your factory one was faulty and you had to replace it.
