I've read about not showering hotties with compliments since they gets hundreds a day as is, and if you give her tons of compliments it makes you seem like one of the hundred other desperate guys. I've always opened the car door for other dates I've been on, so I'm thinking of changing my strategery.

I called her up and asked if she wanted to play pool on Saturday, so yeah I'm pretty sure it's a date. Plus when we were setting it up, she thought she was going to be busy during the weekend, and she was the one who suggested we just get dinner if we couldn't work out a time to play pool.

don't be a dick, but don't be a doormat. i'd say just be yourself, but refer to the doormat comment...
since she is a single mom, your chances of getting some go up quite a bit for several reasons. a) she has to overcome the big negative of having a kid, gotta compensate somehow. b) it's already out there that she's sleeping with dudes that she isn't married too. c) see a.
