let me know how that goes. im meeting with the real estate agent on sunday about the 2nd house. shes the broker for another house on my block thats selling stupid low... basically the people are upside down in it and just trying to get as fast a sale as they can.... 310k... our houses are appraised by the county at 405.... *******s. whatever i only owe 290 on mine so ill be getting some cashola either way
If your house appraises considerably lower than what the county has, you can write them to get them to reassess your tax rate.

oh isn't renting a house grand! I turned on the sink and nothin came out so I called the property manager and said "we has no wata" and she was like "well did you pay the bill?" so I said "part of the rental contract is that you guys pay the water bill...." which they put in there as a selling point because its on a well so there isn't much of a water bill
