Anyone know where I can buy/rent a spring compressor? I don't think I can install my Cusco tops without one.

Mark your perches, dial them down, put on tops, recompress.
I'd recommend rechecking/corner balancing a new high-end CO setup anyways.

The car will be corner weighted at Roger Kraus as soon as the suspension is all in.
Now I can finally make my appointment.

Very nice, indeed.
like Aaron said, mark the lower perch position and/or back off the lower perches the same number of turns, install top mounts, and tighten up the lower perches.

Now, how do I torque the top nut without the strut spinning (there's no cutout for a wrench to fit on)?

For the top nut, I highly recommend an impact wrench, as the quick hits tighten without turning the shock shaft. I *really* miss having a big compressor and air tools at the house.
