Insurance fraud.

No this is not the "steal my car and il call the insurance".

Its actually the insurance company wanting more $$$ from long time customer. My mother's name is the main name on the insurance policy.
We renewed a new insurnace policy through east wood just 2 months ago.
Comes out to be 350 a month for 4 cars including my car and my name (many tickets and accidnets). Today they want 300$ on top of the monthly payment just because they revised the insurance policy.

Their reason: Lan (older sister also on insurance policy) has an accident and it was her fault. W/ the accident your premium went up by 300, this is only a one time payment.

Me: I understand that she was involved in a one car accident, but she has a clean record. The last page is the police report (summery) states "NO CLAIMS NOR CHARGES ARE APPLIED TO LAN AND VICTIM"

DMV: Usually when something happens, we send you a letter comfirming that you have tickets or points.

Insurance: The police report said that it was her fault and that is worth 2 points on her record.

Me: Show me the DMV record stating that my sister HAS 2 points and Il gladly send you a check for the 300 difference.

Insurance: .. ..

Me: So why are we getting charged again?

Insurance: Your policy will be cut if you don't pay for the -

Me: *Stands up and walk off* "Thank you for your time"

Anybody here had a similar event that can help us out? I seriously don't know what the insurance company are smoking but i want some.

Start shopping. Call Costco/Ameriprise or something. You can also try Progressive, Nationwide and Wawanesa for example. And learn how to drive. Just kidding. Good luck.
