Install Day 12/4/05

Back by popular demand it's another install day at the Egan homestead.

I know dz, Rivers, and possibly T-Will have some things to install. Everyone is welcome to come by and lend a hand or install something on your own vehicle, or point and laugh. I have a jack and stands, but please bring an extra set of jackstands or we can only work on one car at a time.

Depending on the weather and my mood, I might even be conned into BBQ'ing.

This will be the last install day before I start tearing the garage apart for the addition, so do it while you can.

Date: Sunday, 12/4/05
Time: 11:00AM until dark (if necessary)
Place: My house (PM for directions)

I'll be there to help out, if nothing else

Thanks for hosting, Mike.

Guys, we should plan on money for pizza and stuff, we can run down after the lunch rush and grab a couple of pies to keep everyone happy

I'll be there if I can come over a little earlier in the AM, I've got church and some other things going on in the afternoon. Unless you wanna do this on a Saturday.

I like installing stuff, especially when there are other people to do it with. I have two jacks (one nice one, one not so nice one), 4 jack stands, and a butt load of metric wrenches (closed ended, angled, open ended, wratcheting, etc.), 1/2 in. breaker bar....blah, blah, blah....I gots lots of tools that everyone is welcome to use. I just have stereo stuff to do, but count me in!!!

Edit: Anyone know how to roll fenders??? I'd like to do that too.

Further Edit: I have a chopsaw, but with no metal cutting blade if you want to bring that.

I've got a professional fender tool if people are interested.
It cost me a mint, so I have to collect *some* money to recoup the cost and the wearable parts, but I'll bring it along if anyone wants to use it.

I don't have a heat gun, so if you want to roll fenders, we should dig one up from somewhere.

You gonna put those Daytonas on your sedan?

thanks for the offer, but i don't want to masacare your chop saw...have you ever seen a chopsaw that is used for cutting metal?
it ends up with slag buildup on it and it's torture on the motor...
it was really just a joke...

i'll just have to find a time i can go to a friend's shop to borrow a lift and the necessary tools to fab up the exhaust...

I dunno about those Daytonas, nice wheels, but was thinking about getting some JLine forged wheels in one of their custom colors (they have about 20 colors to choose from). BTW, I do have a nice Milwaukee heat gun that I use for installing dynamat, will that work??? I want to put 245's on the 17x8's I want to get, hence the fender rolling.
