she didnt recieve it yet. as earlyier post, i put a stickie on the laptop and sent to sony. sony either emailed her or foned her about my number and email. it is now all in sony's hand to fix it and send it off to her. if u gals and guys read carefully in my other post, i said its between sony and her now, she never recieved it since sony is fixing it.

well yes, but you said you put your name and number on the laptop, but she never received it.
its a good "jump to conclusions" that Sony gave the girl your info.
